Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol Trailer

Whether you like it or not, here comes a fourth entry in the "Mission: Impossible" series. One franchise we should definitely expect mass chaos and unrealistic spy violence from is "Mission: Impossible," the polar opposite of the "Bourne" series that gave an authentic tilt to the mainstream spy flick.

The "Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol" trailer looks like a jazzed up James Bond movie from the 1990s, running wild with explosions, chase scenes and exotic cars that nobody actually drives. But "Ghost Protocol" also has a pretty interesting cast of talented actors, which has also become the norm for a big-budget action movie.

With his new team including; Simon Pegg, Jeremy Renner and Paula Patton, Tom Cruise is set the task of restoring the good name of the IMF organisation after they are implicated in a global terrorist plot. Ghost Protocol is initiated and Hunt and his rogue team must go undercover with no help from the outside world in order to complete their mission. If any of them are caught, they will be branded terrorists out to begin a global nuclear war.

The trailer doesn’t reveal a lot, only that there will be fighting, guns and fast cars, with a few explosions thrown in for good measure. The iconic theme tune is also there in part so for now it appears that this new addition will follow the patterns of its predecessors.
The film is promised to be the most intense and exciting of the franchise so far but only time will tell whether it would have been better to stop at three. Here is the trailer:
